Lucinda brings over two decades of extensive experience in leadership and sales environments, commencing her career at Wells Fargo and progressing through roles at prominent companies such as The Boston Beer Company, Andrews Distributing, as well as Teamshares.

Throughout her journey, Lucinda has honed her expertise and leadership prowess, culminating in her now owning her own Consulting and Coaching business full time.

As the owner of her own business, Lucinda specializes in consulting for sales strategies, developing leadership training, and coaching both individuals and teams. She also offers executive coaching and top-tier sales and leadership training services across several industries, some of which are beverage and education.

With over 18+ years of combined experience in brand management, wholesaler partnerships, and team development, Amanda specializes in empowering sales teams and building scalable growth strategies. Jackie, offers deep distributor insight and cross-category experience —helping clients navigate market dynamics with clarity and confidence.

  • With 10+ years of experience in brand management, sales, and wholesaler management, Amanda has built her career at respected companies like The Boston Beer Company and Glazer's Beer & Beverage. She has successfully led teams and managed key wholesaler relationships to drive market success. Now a key member of LTO Consulting, Amanda leverages her expertise to provide consulting and training with a focus on helping businesses thrive, strengthen their sales teams, and achieve brand growth. 

  • With 8+ years of experience spanning both the supplier and distributor sides of the beverage industry, Jackie brings a well-rounded perspective and deep market knowledge to LTO Consulting. She has worked across all classes of trade, developing strong relationships and a clear understanding of the unique dynamics in each segment. Having spent most of her career with Southern Glazer’s in Texas, Jackie developed a strong foundation in distributor management and execution. Her career has encompassed hands-on experience with wine, spirits, and beer, giving her a comprehensive view of the industry from vineyard and distillery to shelf.
